What is Club Yellow?

Club Yellow is the country’s first real estate rewards program introduced by Artha. It lets you earn handsomely by referring your friends and family to great property deals that Artha presents from time to time.

How does the program work?

Artha already brings you some of the country’s best property deals. And with Club Yellow, it gets even better. Every property that Artha markets, have a fixed payout of 1% of the base value of the property to be rewarded to the Club Yellow member.

All you need to do to start earning is to start referring your friends or relatives who might be interested in any of the properties marketed by Artha. We will get in touch with them. And if they end up buying a property, you earn 1% (inclusive of Service Tax) of the basic cost of the property bought by the person referred by you.

How do I enroll for the program?

You don’t have to purchase a property through us to become a member of the Club. You can independently register for the program through the web site www.arthaproperty.com/clubyellow. You can also call our customer service at (080) 46 000 000

What benefits does enrollment offer?

It is only after completing enrollment you can earn the right to refer a customer and get rewarded on purchases made by that customer referred by you.

How do I refer someone under the Club Yellow program?

You can refer someone in 3 ways. You can add the contact details on the website www.arthaproperty.com/clubyellow or fill a club yellow form as provided to you by one of the Artha Property relationship managers or just call our customer service at (080) 46 000 000.

How do I know my earnings through Club Yellow?

You can visit the “My Referrals” section on www.arthaproperty.com/clubyellow and view your current earnings or alternately contact us at clubyellow@artha.in.

How do I know when my referee has purchased the property and my Club Yellow account is credited with the reference reward?

You will receive an email from Artha Property notifying you of the same.

What is the reward structure under the Club Yellow program?

You will be entitled for 1% of the basic property value purchased by the person referred by you. For instance, if a person referred by you has purchased a property as listed on our website with a base price of Rs. 10 Lakhs, then you will earn 1% of Rs. 10 lakhs ie Rs. 20,000.

When multiple properties are bought by my referees, will I get benefits for each of these purchases?

Yes, for every deal closed by your referee(s), you will earn 1% (inclusive of Service Tax) of the basic cost of the property bought by the person referred by you.

When will I receive the payment?

Payouts will be processed in minimum 30 days after registration of the property / signing of agreement of sale as per the payment structure on the date of booking of the property. Payouts would be made as per the quarterly payout cycle of the company, subject to payout being due.
